Our Mission
At Irish Rose Homes, our mission is to connect investors with their properties amidst the current housing crisis. We focus on both residential and commercial opportunities in the Berkshire area. We'd like to bring back life into our communities where we can. Our services cover, property sourcing, project manage the whole refurbishment to property management, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Property Management in Berkshire
We offer the lowest rates around from the rent collection only service from 6% of monthly rental charges, to full property management at 12% of monthly rental charges. Lease hold service charge management from 5% of monthly rate. (An additional activation fees will be required for setup after visiting the property and contracts are signed).

- Full project management activation fee £65
Where we can source residential for buy to let, HMO's and R2R and we can also management them for you, taking all the time and stress away, giving you more freedom to do what you desire.
Our full property management service includes:
- Annual upkeep summaries of the property, interior an exterior (if required)
- Receive income and expenditure reports monthly or quarterly per unit/block.
- Tenant queries
- 6 month checks inside property with notice given to tenants
- We also look after your tenants making sure their happy in the home and are informed of their community surroundings.
- Inventory listing
Managing contactors (Additional charges):
- Annual gas and electric checks (additional price range)
- Project management for any maintenance contractor work including painting, decorating and handywork required (additional fees - depending on work space included)
Management for leasehold service charges:
- Work with you to get the right service charge in place with signed agreements for you and your homeowners working on sq ft for each property size for allocating estimated costs,
- Risk assessments on possible upcoming building exterior costs,
- Implement processes including, monthly invoices and DD collections
- Minimum 1 year contract
