Colleen Brady is qualified by experience with 20 years' background in accountancy, holds AAT Level 3, and is currently studying CIMA to further strengthen her professional accounting expertise. She is the founder of Irish Rose Homes Ltd, Irish Rose Interiors and Colleen Brady Accountancy Ltd. With over 8 years' experience in financial management, service charge administration, budgeting, reconciliations and investigative accounting, Colleen specialises in helping landlords, investors and small businesses gain clear, accurate financial insight.
Her background includes residential and leasehold financial administration, block management finance, cashflow modelling, yield analysis, risk assessment and full due diligence for property investment decisions. Colleen is also an HMRC‑authorised VAT agent and provides professional bookkeeping, tax services and management accounting for limited companies and sole traders.
