A full property management service including tenant find, rent collections, maintenance and repairs services including gas and electric safety checks, property inspections every 6 months and rent and legal insurance for clients in Berkshire area.

We want to make your journey as stress free as possible so we take care of the rest.

How to get started: 

1. Get in contact and make an appointment for us to meet someone at the property. 
2. We'll meet yourself or a designated person at the property your looking to have managed. 
3. We'll assess the conditions of the property and if the property is part of a unit block, we will bring along a surveyor. (No charge to you)
4. If the property meets all our satisfaction, we'll process a contract for you to read and sign. 
5. Once contract is signed an activation fee of £65 will be required for set up.
6.  You'll have an online account where you can access our direct contact information to contact us if and when required.
7. We can send a weekly/monthly statements of properties, with work in progress. You will be contacted if any work is required and have a unique purchase order number for any orders. 
8. Reports of property can be uploaded weekly or monthly to you via email.
